Data controller
So.snooc is the contact for data-related requests: contact@sosnooc.com. The controller’s legal identity and address must be completed in the legal notice.
Contact and quotation requests
The form prepares an email in your own email application. It does not automatically send your request or store it in a website message database. Your name, email, activity, party size, preferred date and message reach So.snooc only when you send that email. Name, email and message are required; other fields are optional. The information is used to answer your request and prepare a possible service, based on pre-contractual steps you request. This does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Recipients and retention — to be specified
Emails are intended for the So.snooc team and pass through the email services involved. Hosting providers may process technical data for website security. So.snooc must confirm the exact providers, safeguards for transfers outside the European Economic Area, and retention periods for requests and technical logs. Accounting records related to sales are retained under applicable statutory obligations.
Cookies and external content
Embedded Google Maps and YouTube videos remain blocked until you agree to external content. You can accept, refuse or change this choice through “Cookies” at the bottom of the website. Your preference is stored locally for six months. Refusing does not prevent browsing offers or contacting So.snooc. Links to Google, Apple and Google Play open separate services with their own policies. Google review photos, hosted media and Google Fonts may generate technical requests to their providers; the site does not use an advertising module added by So.snooc.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and, when applicable, portability of your data. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Write to contact@sosnooc.com describing your request; proof of identity may be requested only if there is reasonable doubt about your identity. The response period is normally one month, with extensions in cases allowed by the GDPR. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL at cnil.fr.
