Terms of sale
Working draft to complete and validate before contractual use.
1. Provider and scope
This draft covers supervised outings and rentals offered under the So.snooc name. The provider’s full identity must be added to the legal notice. Corporate and group services may be subject to a quotation and specific terms communicated before agreement.
2. Offers and prices
The outing or rental details, included services, participation requirements, date, duration and total price are specified before booking. Prices are expressed in euros; VAT treatment remains to be confirmed. No undisclosed and unaccepted supplement may be added. The accepted quotation specifies the terms applicable to the group concerned.
3. Requests and booking confirmation
The website currently prepares email requests; this form is neither a binding order nor a payment. So.snooc confirms availability, price and terms before commitment. Any future booking tool must present the terms and obtain acceptance before order confirmation, then provide confirmation on a durable medium.
4. Payment — to be completed
So.snooc must specify accepted payment methods, due date, any advance payment or deposit and its legal nature, amount payable at booking, balance payment and invoicing. This draft does not define a payment or deposit policy.
5. Cancellation, rescheduling and weather — to be completed
Before booking, define any customer cancellation deadlines and charges, lateness or absence, party-size changes and rescheduling terms. If weather, snow conditions or closures make the service impossible, So.snooc must inform the customer and specify applicable solutions, including rescheduling or refunds according to the customer’s rights. No schedule of fees or deadlines is invented here.
6. Right of withdrawal
For a leisure service to be provided on a specified date or period, the fourteen-day withdrawal right does not apply under Article L.221-28(12) of the French Consumer Code. This exception must not automatically be extended to every sale or rental: each offer must be checked. For distance contracts eligible for withdrawal, the required information and statutory form must be provided before ordering.
7. Participation and safety
Participants must follow the instructor’s directions, the chosen offer’s age and equipment requirements and resort rules. If unsure whether the activity suits your health, seek medical advice and contact So.snooc before booking, without sending medical records through the form. Arrangements for minors must be specified. This draft does not limit the provider’s statutory liability.
8. Equipment rental — to be completed
Specify collection and return arrangements, times, condition checks, usage obligations, any security deposit, and rules for loss, damage or late return. Rentals made through Snooc Go are also governed by the terms of the operator identified in that application; So.snooc’s exact role must be confirmed.
9. Complaints and mediation — to be completed
First send a written complaint to contact@sosnooc.com. After this prior step, a consumer may use the professional’s consumer mediator free of charge, subject to statutory conditions. So.snooc must appoint a competent mediator and add the name, postal address and website here. Those details have not yet been provided.
10. Applicable law
Services offered in France are subject to French law without depriving consumers of applicable mandatory protections. If an amicable solution cannot be reached, statutory jurisdiction rules apply; this draft imposes no exclusive court jurisdiction on consumers.
